Pregnant women with T1DM don't use exercise to bring down their blood glucose but rather to improve cardiovascular fitness, reduce the stress of the pregnancy, and put them in excellent physical condition for the strains of labor.
The best exercise is probably a low-impact program like walking 30 minutes daily to avoid any stress on the fetus. Get your significant other to join you so you'll be well on your way to setting a great example for your newborn, or use the time to catch up with a friend.
