1/2 cup Curves' Honey Crunch cereal, crushed 2 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons canola oil Reserved 2 tablespoons banana chips

1. Heat oven to 350 F. Spray bottom only of 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat V* cup sugar and V* cup oil with electric mixer on low speed until well mixed. Beat in buttermilk, vanilla and egg just until blended. Beat in bananas.

2. With spoon, stir in flour, baking soda and salt just until blended. Set aside 2 tablespoons chopped banana chips for topping. Stir remaining banana chips and 2 cups cereal into batter. Spoon into pan; spread evenly. In small bowl, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter in pan.

3. Bake 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool

10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing.

High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375 F. Add

V* cup water with the buttermilk. Bake 1 hour 5 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Start to Finish: 1 Hour 15 Minutes

Servings: 12

6 frozen unbaked large whole wheat rolls (from 48-oz package)

2 teaspoons olive or canola oil

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal Vt teaspoon black sesame seed or poppy seed Vi teaspoon white sesame seed

'/2 teaspoon salt % teaspoon dried basil leaves

2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

1. On microwavable plate, place frozen rolls. Cover with microwavable plastic wrap; microwave on High 25 seconds. Turn rolls over; rotate plate '/> turn. Microwave on High 25 seconds longer to thaw.

2. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. On lightly floured surface, knead roll dough together. Pat dough in bottom of pan; brush with oil. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.

3. Cover; let rise in warm place about 40 minutes or until slightly puffy.

4. Heat oven to 350"F. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 12 squares.
