Broccoli, Pepper and Bacon Toss

Prep Time: 15 Minutes Start to Finish: 15 Minutes Servings: 6 (Vi> cup each)

1 bag (14 oz) Green Giant Select" frozen broccoli florets

2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag)

V4 cup raisins

2 tablespoons reduced-fat coleslaw dressing 2 tablespoons real bacon pieces (from 2.8-oz package)

1. Cook broccoli and bell pepper and onion stir-fry separately in microwave as directed on bags. Drain well.

2. In large bowl, toss broccoli, bell pepper and onion stir-fry, raisins and coleslaw dressing. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.

Sesame Pea Pods

1 tablespoon sesame or canola oil Vi lb fresh snow pea pods, strings removed (2 cups) 1 tablespoon sesame seed 1 medium yellow or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

1. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pea pods and sesame seed; cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until pea pods are crisp-tender.

2. Stir in bell pepper. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
