2 cups uncooked radiatore (nugget) pasta (6 oz) Vi cup shredded reduced-fat Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend (2 oz) % cup sliced ripe olives V6 cup fat-free (skim) milk 1 small red bell pepper, chopped (V? cup) 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso" chopped green chiles, drained

Chopped fresh cilantro, if desired

1. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

2. Stir remaining ingredients except cilantro into pasta. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and sauce is hot. Sprinkle with cilantro.
