Prep Time: 20 Minutes Start to Finish: 35 Minutes Servings: 8

3 cups Original Bisquick" mix % cup very hot water

2 tablespoons olive or canola oil

4 sticks mozzarella or Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (from 10-oz package), cut lengthwise in half

1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Italian cheese blend (4oz)

1 Vfe cups sliced fresh mushrooms (4 oz) 1 large green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup) 1 can (2V* oz) sliced ripe olives, drained

1. Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450' F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.

2. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, hot water and oil with fork until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. If dough is dry, stir in additional 1 tablespoon water. Cover and let stand 8 minutes.

3. Pat or press dough in bottom and 1 inch over side of pizza pan. Place sticks of cheese along edge of dough, overlapping if necessary. Fold 1 -inch edge of dough over and around cheese; press to seal. Bake 7 minutes.

4. Spread pizza sauce over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with '/? cup of the Italian cheese, the mushrooms, bell pepper and olives. Sprinkle with remaining Vi cup cheese.

5. Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
