Greek Turkey Burgers with Yogurt Sauce

Prep Time: 20 Minutes Start to Finish: 20 Minutes •C!!!!y Servings: 4

YOGURT SAUCE 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt Vi cup chopped red onion % cup chopped cucumber

BURGERS 1 lb lean ground turkey Vî cup plain fat-free yogurt 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1/î teaspoon garlic powder Vi teaspoon salt Vi teaspoon pepper 4 whole wheat hamburger buns

1. In small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Set oven control to broil. In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients except buns. Shape mixture into

4 patties, each about V? inch thick and 5 inches in diameter. Place on rack in broiler pan.

3. Broil burgers with tops about 6 inches from heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until thermometer inserted in center reads 165' F. Place burgers on buns. Serve with sauce.
